Esma-Leitlinien für ESG-Fondsnamen könnten Regelchaos stiften
Die EU-Aufsichtsbehörde Esma hat Leitlinien dazu vorgelegt, unter welchen Voraussetzungen Fondsgesellschaften ihre Produkte dem Namen nach als nachhaltig anpreisen dürfen. Die Leitlinien sorgen allerdings kaum für Klarheit, kritisiert Daniel Lühman. Vielmehr könnten sie die Lage sogar besonders kompliziert machen.
