So meistern Unternehmen die ESG-Kriterien
Nun zeichnet sich auf EU-Ebene eine Kehrtwende ab: Das Omnibus-Paket sieht bei der CSRD, der europaweiten Lieferkettenrichtlinie CSDDD und dem CO2-Grenzausgleichssystem CBAM deutliche Erleichterungen vor. Im April haben das EU-Parlament und der EU-Rat dem Vorschlag „Stop-the-Clock“ zur zeitlichen Verschiebung der Erstanwendung der CSRD-Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung zugestimmt. Diese Richtlinie muss bis 31.12.2025 in nationales Recht umgesetzt werden.
