ESG-Begriffe im Namen von Fonds werden reguliert
Ab dem 21. November 2024 gelten neue Regeln für die Namensgebung von Fonds, die ESG- oder Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte im Namen hervorheben. Die neuen Leitlinien der Europäischen Wertpapier- und Marktaufsichtsbehörde (ESMA) richten sich gegen Greenwashing und sollen verhindern, dass Begriffe wie „nachhaltig“, „ESG“, „Impact“, „Transformation“ oder „sozial“ verwendet werden, ohne dass die Anlage den entsprechenden Anforderungen entspricht.
