Angebotslücke an „grünen“ Büroflächen wächst weltweit dramatisch
Die Nachfrage nach modernen und ökologisch nachhaltigen Büroflächen wird weltweit in den kommenden Jahren das verfügbare Angebot deutlich übertreffen. Nach Analyse von JLL wird die Angebotslücke weltweit bis zum Jahr 2025 rund 30 Prozent betragen, bis 2030 könnte das Delta auf etwa 70 Prozent anwachsen.
