Klimainvestments: Präferenzen verschieben sich in Richtung Schwellenländer

Anleger sollten daher ihren Fokus verstärkt auf die Auswirkungen der Energie- und Klima-Transformation der Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft richten, insbesondere in den Schwellenländern.

„Biodiversität liefert über 50% der globalen Wirtschaftsleistung und menschlicher Lebensgrundlagen“, mahnt Marcel Lähn, Chief Investment Officer der FERI, und bezeichnet Biodiversität als „eine ökonomische Notwendigkeit“. Sein Haus hat geholfen, eine Plattform zu schaffen, „die die Förderung von Biodiversität ermöglicht“.

Um bis 2050 klimaneutral zu werden, hat die Europäische Kommission eine umfassende politische Agenda für nachhaltige Finanzen entwickelt. Dazu gehören der Aktionsplan „Finanzierung nachhaltigen Wachstums“ von 2018 und die Strategy for Financing the Transition to a Sustainable Economy, die im Juli 2021 veröffentlicht wurde.
