Baugenehmigungen auf dem tiefsten Stand seit 2010
Die Zahl der genehmigten Wohnungen in Deutschland ist im Jahr 2024 auf 215.900 Einheiten gesunken. Das ist laut Destatis der niedrigste Stand seit 2010. Es gibt aber Anlass zur Hoffnung: Der Rückgang hat sich im zweiten Halbjahr verlangsamt.
