Der Berliner Industrie- und Logistikimmobilienmarkt generierte in der ersten Jahreshälfte 2024 einen Flächenumsatz von rund 111.100 m², was einem Rückgang von 5 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr entspricht. Der Fünfjahresdurchschnitt wurde um rund 54 Prozent verfehlt.
