Offene Fonds mit niedrigstem Absatz seit über zehn Jahren
Die offenen Immobilienfonds kämpfen weiter mit Abwertungen, sinkenden Fondsrenditen und Abflüssen von Anlegergeldern. Im März hat sich der Abfluss abermals beschleunigt – und der Fondsabsatz ist nach Analyse von Barkow Consulting auf einen historisch schlechten Wert gesunken.

Laut einer Studie des Fraunhofer-Instituts für System- und Innovationsforschung (Fraunhofer ISI) wird sich die Batterieproduktionskapazität allein in Europa bis zum Jahr 2025 vervierfachen – ausgehend von 124 Gigawattstunden im Jahr 2022 auf über 500 Gigawattstunden. Bis 2030 wird sogar eine Verzehnfachung auf bis zu 1,5 Terawattstunden erwartet.
