Die beiden Woodscraper in den Wolfsburger Hellwinkel Terrassen sehen 8.000 m² Wohnfläche und 106 Wohneinheiten vor – größtenteils barrierefrei und zu 45 Prozent sozial gefördert. Die Gebäude haben zwölf Geschosse, werden mit vorgefertigten Massivholz-Elementen gebaut und verfügen über eine regenerative Energieversorgung.
